UNLOADING DEVICE (54) The invention of fire safety: to a drying technique, and more specifically to a device for unloading grain from grain dryers. Unloading devices for mine grain dryers are known, comprising a horizontal platform provided with uniformly distributed openings of uniform dimensions, mixing rows and diverging upwards guide planes forming ridges with the planes of adjacent openings. The unevenness of output is uneven grains. The purpose of the invention is to increase the uniformity of the release of grain. The goal is achieved by the fact that the holes are made square and in each of them is placed a vertical cylindrical nozzle, plugged from the bottom and having two diametrically arranged round holes, supplying the MINING GRAIN DRYER There are 2 horizontal sleeves and placed on the same axis in each row, and inside the sleeves there is a screw common to the whole row. FIG. I presents the discharge device top view; in fig. 2 a section A – D in FIG. I; in fig. 3 section bb in fig. I. The device contains a horizontal platform 1 with rows of uniformly distributed square openings 2 of the same size, having guide planes 3, forming ridges 4. In each hole 2 a vertical cylindrical nozzle 5 with plugs 6 is placed below and diametrically located round holes 7, one axis in each row. Holes 8 are installed in the holes 7, and inside the sleeves there is a screw 9, common for the entire row. The augers 9 of all rows are driven by the actuators 10, 3M.-l The device works well. The grain from the shaft of the grain dryer moves down under the action of its own weight, and along the plane of m 3 through holes 2 it enters the vertical nozzles 5, and screws 9 through the holes 7 unloads from the grain dryer. Thus, the proposed device provides a uniform load of the dried grain.
